A face of popular French culture, Patrick Bruel is currently on his first US tour and will make a stop at Orpheum Theater in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday night. Bruel has toured cities including New York, Washington DC, Boston, and Houston.
Bruel is a well-known singer/musician and actor in his native country. He has sold over 14 million albums worldwide including winning two Victoires de la Musique Awards (France highest honors for musicians), multiple winners of acting awards, and appearances in over 50 films.
As one of France’s biggest entertainers, Patrick has regularly sold-out shows in Europe including a sellout of Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille, France with a capacity crowd of 50,000 attendees.
His tour comes as a follow-up to his recent European tour. His seventh studio album “Lequel de Nous” put him back on the road. His European tour started in the spring of 2013 in France, Belgium and Canada with sold-out shows in all the big cities. Through his recent European tour, a total of more than one million people attended this tour that ended with two shows at the Lille’s Stadium Pierre Mauroy in September and one performance at the mythical Royal Albert Hall in London.
